Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by pahlawan4d, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legal agreement between you and the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the site immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.

User Eligibility

To create an account and participate in our services, you must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to Malaysia.

Regional Access

Our services are intended for users in Malaysia. Access from restricted regions is prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

Accurate information is critical for the security of your funds. You are required to provide truthful and complete details during registration.

One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawals are processed. This process ensures that funds are sent to the rightful owner. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions are handled through our partner payment providers. The specific methods available for deposits and withdrawals are listed in your account dashboard.

Requirement	Policy Detail
Ownership	Payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.
Limits	Deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account and may vary by payment method.
Processing	Processing times depend on the chosen method and our provider's schedules.
Verification	We reserve the right to request identity verification before approving any payout request.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions are designed to enhance your experience. Every offer is subject to its own set of specific terms, which will be detailed on the promotions page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically come with playthrough requirements, meaning you must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash.

Fund Separation

Bonus balances are kept separate from your real cash balance. Wagering usually occurs from the cash balance first.

Betting Limits

Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active. Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.

Game Rules and Fair Play

The integrity of our games is paramount. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by our game suppliers to ensure a fair and unbiased experience.

In the event of a technical glitch, system failure, or interrupted connection during a round, the result will be determined by the game provider's logs. If a round is deemed void, the original stakes will be refunded to your balance.

Any disputes regarding a specific game round will be investigated based on the data provided by the game developer.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe environment, the following activities are strictly forbidden:

Fraud & Collusion

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Automation

The use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or scrape data.
Arbitrage

Hedge betting or using arbitrage strategies to eliminate risk across multiple platforms.
Financial Misconduct

Money laundering or using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.

Consequences: Engaging in any of the above may result in the immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of all remaining funds.

Responsible Gambling

We are committed to ensuring that gaming remains a form of entertainment. We provide several tools to help you manage your activity:

Management Tools

Users can set deposit limits, session reminders, and temporary cool-off periods through their account settings.

Self-Exclusion

You may request permanent or temporary self-exclusion. Please note that once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be cancelled early.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for constant uptime, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of an obvious clerical error—such as an incorrect balance display, a typo in odds, or an erroneous payout—we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account if we suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions. During an investigation into suspected fraud or abuse, account access and withdrawals may be temporarily frozen.

Upon termination, any remaining legitimate funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings from prohibited activity) will be handled according to our internal security protocols.

Data Protection

We prioritize the security of your personal and transaction data. Information provided during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, and fraud prevention.

We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. For detailed information on how we use tracking technologies and manage your preferences, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Our team will investigate the matter and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute remains unresolved after internal review, it will be handled in accordance with our platform's internal resolution policies.
